Bug: Bundles to exclude not working

Description

Bundles to exclude is not working correctly.

Provide steps to reproduce

1. Go to "admin/config/search/elasticsearch_helper/settings" and try to save bundle to exclude.
2. Having multiple indexes for node, the bundle to exclude is displayed only for last index not for all.
3. The option is not working in index process.

Desired behavior

The bundles to exclude should work on multiple indexes and the options to be saved and respected.

Acceptance criteria

• When i use bundle to exclude the settings i do are saved
• When i use bundle to exclude the settings i do are respected when trying to index the content.
